Boat-Shaped Designer Planter with Plants

Boat-Shaped Designer Planter with Plants

A cluster of water-grown plants rooted straight in water rather than soil, arranged in a ceramic planter shaped like a small boat.

Instead of soil, these plants are grown hydroponically, roots suspended directly in water inside a boat-shaped ceramic planter, which keeps the whole piece clean and low-mess for a desk or shelf. The unusual boat silhouette makes it stand out among more conventional round or square planters.

Where it earns its keep

This one is built for indoor use only, and suits a work desk, a tabletop or an office space where the water level can be checked easily and the boat shape has room to be appreciated.

A few extra details

Because it is grown in water rather than soil, upkeep is mostly a matter of refreshing the water on schedule rather than managing soil moisture, which makes it a tidy option for a desk. It is listed as both air purifying and pet friendly, and the ceramic boat shape is a deliberate departure from the standard round planter look.

Please note: This is a living plant. Natural differences in leaf size, colour and overall shape may occur, so the plant you receive may vary slightly from the photographs.
