Spiral Plant

Spiral Plant

A single hand-trained spiral stem, grown hydroponically in a clear glass planter that shows off the twist from every side.

This is a lucky bamboo stalk that's been coiled into a spiral while young and then allowed to harden into that shape, sold here in a glass planter so the curl and the roots are both visible. It asks for nothing more than clean water and a bit of indirect light.

Where it fits

Its upright, sculptural form works well as a desktop or table plant, and it holds up fine in an office space where a potted plant would be harder to maintain.

A few extra details

Because the glass planter holds only water, there's no soil to spill or repot, just a clear vessel to rinse and refill. It's a tidy option for anyone who wants a plant on a desk without the upkeep a potted one demands.

Please note: This is a living plant. Natural differences in leaf size, colour and overall shape may occur, so the plant you receive may vary slightly from the photographs.
