How it works

1. Choose your preferred gift amount.

2. Complete your purchase.

3. The gift voucher is shared digitally with the recipient.

4. The recipient redeems it on eligible CrazyFlora products.

Terms & Conditions

• Gift Experiences are redeemable only on CrazyFlora products, including eligible plants, planters, and add-ons.

• Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred for monetary value.

• The voucher must be redeemed in a single order unless otherwise stated at checkout.

• If an order value is higher than the gift voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid by the recipient.

• If the order value is lower than the gift voucher amount, any unused balance may not be carried forward unless specified by CrazyFlora.

• Lost, deleted, or misused voucher codes cannot be replaced.

• CrazyFlora reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a voucher in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or technical error.
